🎄☕️ Tis the season for our Solstice blend! ☕️🎄 A new tradition of our roasting team, we’re toasting you & yours with this limited run blend available on our retail shelf & online through the holidays! ❄️

Starting with a Kenyan coffee base accented with Brazilian beans, our roasting team has spent Autumn refining the blend ratio & roast profile of this holiday brew. The result is a well-balanced easy-drinking coffee with notes of berry sweetness & spices. 🥰

Cupping Days.🫖 Here’s our Head Roaster Drew walking the production team through development of our At Home blend ☕️ with a goal of drawing out the sublter fruit notes in the chocolate–forward roast. 🍒

Cupping is more than science for us ⚗️ it’s a moment to pause and enjoy coffee at a slower beat ⏳ celebrating every aspect of process & learning more about our craft along the way. 🖤

Proudly presenting our first ever dark roast! 🎉 Dark is the best parts of classic, nostalgic coffee done at a level of quality that makes us proud. This blend is built to be enjoyed with cream & sugar, while still delicious drunk black. Tasting like dark chocolate & burnt sugar, it’s our most developed coffee to date – one that makes both diner folk & coffee nerds smile.

First new blend since 2020! 🙌 Proud of the hard work our roasting team put into creating a deep & rich dark roast made with specialty coffee sensibilities 🔥. Notes of dark chocolate & burnt sugar this is comfort coffee done right.

We invaded .coffee today! 🥰 We love visiting other cafes ☕️ especially when they carry our coffee.

Fancy a day of coffee & digging through vinyl records? Can’t recommend Off Beat enough! 🙌 Tried the In Bloom special – rose, jasmine, elder flower, Archive Espresso on Tap, & milk/alternative – & paired it with some Japanese Experimental Synth. 🌹 Love spending spending time with them. 😋
