Everyone, meet Faith! 🌟

With years of hospitality experience, Faith recently joined the Cozy team. She’s endlessly curious, loves helping guests discover something new, and believes the best dining experiences start with a thoughtful recommendation.

So naturally, we had to ask:

“What’s the one dish everyone should try?”

“If you’re looking to try something a little different, I’d order the Squid Ink Pasta.”

One of the few dishes on our menu with a touch of heat, it’s rich, savory, and finished tableside with a raw egg that’s folded directly into the warm pasta. As it’s gently stirred through, the residual heat lightly cooks the egg, creating a silky sauce that brings every ingredient together.

It’s one of those techniques guests don’t always expect but it’s exactly what makes the dish memorable.

Faith may be new to Cozy, but she chose a dish our guests have been coming back for year after year. We’d say that’s a pretty good place to begin.

The best table isn’t the one by the window. It’s the one with Goat Cheese Dumplings.

Our Goat Cheese Dumplings are boiled until they float - a sign they’ve been thoroughly cooked. Only then are they tucked into our house-made arrabbiata sauce, finished with manchego cheese and baked until golden.

Boiling keeps the centers delicate and creamy. Baking adds the crisp, caramelized finish. Two culinary techniques resulting in dish that’s become one of our signatures.
