Did you know we roast our own coffee??

Every coffee shop has to get their beans from some type of coffee roaster– but we roast our own! AND we roast for a number of other coffee shops + trailers!

The coffee comes to us in these burlap bags– some of them are pretty big! When it arrives at our doorstep, it’s green coffee. THEN, we roast it in our vintage Diedrich Roaster in 5lb batches.

Roasting is what unlocks the coffee's flavor. After the green coffee is roasted, it gets the honey-brown color and flavor notes you know and love.
