Our kitchen on wheels will feature authentic and traditional Chamorro recipes that travel back generations and will give you "A taste of home in every bite". Betty and Jaimie, a mother/daughter duo, also the the faces and head chefs behind our family owned business is our very own Betty Crockers in the family. For decades our mom has dreamt of opening up her own restaurant and it was when we moved to Oregon in Summer of 2006 that her dream fell into fruition, starting with a kitchen on wheels. Betty and Jaimie's passion for cooking comes from their childhood years in the kitchen with our grandmother Mina and Grandfather Pedro. The authenticity of each recipe and plate symbolizes family gatherings(love and quality time spent), our native Chamorro culture, ancestry and the history of Guam. Our motto, "A taste of home in every bite" will take you across the world to the Mariana islands, where Guam is known as a little rock in the Pacific Ocean. Come meet the family, enjoy our traditional island cuisine and music that will take you back to the Island of Guam.
