Macarons are back today, and so are some cheesecakes! The store is open until 8 tonight, but I am leaving at 3 for an appointment so there will be no deliveries tonight 😭

We’re nearly back to some basics 🤪. Oreo won’t be ready until 5-6 tonight - just in time for the night market happening at the 45th parallel building from 6-9.

I am staying open until the event is over, which means no deliveries tonight. Eugene deliveries are tomorrow evening from 6-9pm and neex to be in before 8pm tonight.

Even though it’s not remotely related, the peach cobbler fiasco yesterday gave me another idea for banana and here I am once again with another banana cheesecake that tastes nothing like my 10 other banana cheesecakes.

It’s giving banana pudding, but like the artificial Snak Pak kind. Not the homemade style that you all know and love. Or like those banana milkshakes you get from diners that clearly use powder to make milkshakes 😅.

Idk if it’s here to stay. I’ve got tons of banana and don’t think I need a middle man between natural and artificial. What would I even call it? 🤣

Peach Cobblers been getting a lot of requests lately and tbh it’s not something I’ve ever had before or would pick. (Peach 🤢)

So the question is, where can I try a peach cobbler for reference?

I’m giving it a go today, blind with what I think a peach cobbler would taste like but it’s not going so well as I intended for this to be a crumbly crust and I got a dough, which I added butter too until it became a batter 🤪

Taking off early tonight. Haven’t seen anyone, but also still don’t have anything 🤪. So I doubt anyone would notice lol.

I got a few done today, and a couple batters are ready to go for the morning. I ran out of Graham cracker crumbs so the night is done baking wise lol.

Since I’m starting stock over from scratch, what do you want to see this week and next!?

I got basic cheesecake essentials this morning and just doing things I already have in the store. Need to go shopping for the rest tomorrow.

Haven’t been as productive as I hoped today, it took 2 hours to leave the concert parking lot and we didn’t get home until 3AM so I’m dragging today 🤪

I did realize on my way to the store that 5 of the “plains” I had were actually untopped banana puddings. I’m pretty positive I can tell the difference and have 4 left of them - so that means someone got a banana instead of a plain 😅

Let me know if that’s you and you want your plain 😅

This problem will be avoided because my labels finally came in! They were stuck in customs for almost 3 weeks.
