Yes, it is taking us a long time to open this amazing space! There have been many things that have held us back, including personal things. But we are not stopping!

Check out our cute directional signs for the pick up line! And we have finally saved enough capital to purchase our espresso machine! ☕️

We don’t have an open date yet. As soon as we do, we will post it! Thank you for your continued curiosity, patience, and excitement! ❤️🌿

This is what PoTh is about… where you can eat something sweet without feeling guilty. Cocojune is the brand of amazing yogurt we will be using. It’s so pure, filled with natural probiotics and made with limited simple ingredients. Topped with homemade preserves made by Mikayla. This one is a plum apricot, which is filled with vitamin C and antioxidants. Add some sliced banana for potassium.

let food be thy medicine 🌱❤️

And yes, we will be opening someday lol it is a huge endeavor for a single person, but I have put my heart into this space and it will be worth the wait!

Want to try to keep the community in the loop ❤️🌱☕️…current project Water Filtration. Considering coffee is made mostly of water. This is an important decision.

Wow am I learning stuff! RO water is too void for a good espresso. There’s no minerals for the grinds to latch onto. It’s also too corrosive for the machines. On the flip side you don’t want too many minerals in the coffee, it’s calcifying to the machines and can mess with flavor. The target for an imPressive espresso is 150 TDS (total dissolved solids). Clean, pure, mineral rich but not dense water is our goal.

We won’t just be bringing a coffee shop to the area. We are bringing an amazing coffee shop to the area. We think you all deserve it ❤️🌱☕️

Our sign will be a round wooden sign that will hang from a black wrought iron frame. We will vinyl onto the wood (and then seal). What wording option do you like better "sign 1" or "sign 2"?

Tough day trying out bakers lol

I have gotten many messages asking when are we opening! Apparently taking a dark empty box and turning it into a fully functioning café is a bit more challenging than I thought it would be! But we are at the homestretch! Come hell or high water we are pushing to be open before the holidays 🙏
