Sunday ~ We are no strangers to breakfast towers, and this is probably my favorite one! Delicious smokey bacon gravy (one of Tanna’s favorites) along with our buttermilk brined Nashville hot chicken, and even a freshly baked herb biscuit! We also stack an egg and melted cheddar cheese before it’s smothered. 🔥 We also have the lemon poppyseed love continuing on through the day while they last!

Saturday ~ All fresh lemon everything, from zest to juice, makes for an absolutely delicious lemon poppyseed pancake. (My favorite part is the lemon butter) They’re so good, they make our specials roster every month without fail. 🍋

A new seasonal drink special rotation is here! Lissie, Taylor, and Cindi have been hard at work putting together the newest curation, and Taylor is debuting with a couple new originals of her own; “Not Your Mama’s PSL” and the “Ch-Ch-Cherry Bomb”. Our house cider is back, which brings the return of our caramel apple mimosa and our apple cider margarita. We have a few drinks that feature house syrups and extracts Cindi has been working on for months. (which include two new pumpkin flavored drinks on the regular menu as well; A chai and a coffee) Lots of options to choose from over the next few months! ✨

Happy Monday! Our Buffalo Hash is back, much to the joy of our Sam here (It’s one of her favorites) as well as our cookie-like white chocolate macadamia pancake. We also had such a great time making our newest pancake special over the weekend, that we will have one batch for Monday only! Welcome to your weekend! We’ve got a run of two really great specials for both our Saturday and Sunday slate, the return of our filet mignon steak hash, “The King of the Hill” hash, and the premiere of a new pumpkin pancake special! The hash, tender bites of filet, pan-fried together with onions, sliced portobellos, bell peppers, and baby yukon gold potatoes. The pancake, our buttermilk batter spiked with spices and swirled with cinnamon as it’s grilled, topped with a smoothly sweet pumpkin cream cheese icing and dusted with a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg. I always used to try and wait until the 21st to have or do anything pumpkin related, but a few days early definitely won’t hurt. 🎃

Sunday ~ To end the weekend we have the second of our new specials we debuted. Saturday saw a brûléed banana pancake, and for Sunday we will have a banana pudding french toast! Saturday ~ Welcome to the weekend! First off, shout out to our two birthday’s this month, Sam’s who was last week, and Omar’s 40th is Saturday! 🥳 Omar is taking the weekend off to celebrate with Luisa and get some much needed rest from the hard work they put in (seriously they never stop), and in his honor we are running his delicious meatloaf recipe for the day. Rob and I will be in all weekend, come say hi if you don’t usually get to see us on our Mondays together!

Also! This weekend is premeiring two brand new sweet treat specials that I’ve been experimenting with for a few weeks. For Saturday, a buttermilk pancake with slice bananas cooked into the pancake, grilled, and topped and torched brûlée style. Topped with a few more slices of fresh banana and a vanilla custard courtesy of Juanito, think breakfast bananas foster without the ice cream. 🔥
