Bitter sweet goodbyes.
(Mostly sweet)
Its been a great year alot of ups & downs, alot of learning & alot of ramen eaten.
Since opening, time has blown by and we’ve met so many awesome people along the way.
As to not drag on though i’ll just get to it!
WE ARE OPENING A RESTAURANT!
“WHAAAAT ONIYATAI IS OPENING A RESTAURANT”
Well not exactly, Oniyatai was my vision for serving fun spicy ramen out of a food truck.
Craft ramen in a small space with my noodle machine at a 3rd party location has been beyond tough…alot of 16+ hour days.
Not what i’d consider ideal.
While I love spicy ramen & I love the logo,I love what we’ve done so far too.
Its time to move on and say good bye.
For those wondering Our new brick & mortar will be located in Portland oregon.
To all our customers thank you for all the love along the way, we wouldn’t exist without you.
While this is the end for Oniyatai as a full time business we will still own a cart at specializing is donburi style rice bowls & not all hope is lost for the ramen lovers…we would love for you to come try our new location in portland but we will make an appearance with ramen in salem from time to time.
