This Saturday, October 17, Uncle David’s is proudly serving as STOP #3 for the Highway Honeys RG Tutus for TaTas – Pink Ribbon Challenge! 💗

From 1–5 PM, we’re welcoming a whole lot of badass women, beautiful bikes, and good people riding for an even better cause — supporting breast cancer research!

We love a good excuse to throw a party, but we love supporting our community even more. 💕

NO BU****IT — WE’RE HIRING FOR THE KITCHEN.

We need someone who actually has kitchen experience, shows up on time, works clean, and doesn’t need to be reminded to stay busy.

🔪 Experience required
🔞 21+ preferred
📅 Seasonal through December — full-time may be considered for the right person
⏱️ Two weeks of training
💰 25–35 hours/week with extra hours often available

Required availability:
Friday & Saturday: 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
Sunday: 10:30 AM–8:00 PM
Monday: 4:00 PM–8:00 PM

Mornings can be slow. That does not mean stand around. Prep, clean, organize, stock, and find something that needs to be done.

When we get hit, we get hit hard — so you need to be comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen and able to keep your cool, man.

Cleanliness is our #1 priority. Staying busy is a close second. Not screwing up modifications like "plain with cheese" and "sauce on the side".

🍔 MONDAY MEANS BUY ONE, GET ONE BURGERS, BABY! 🍔

After an absolutely WILD weekend, we’ve come to the conclusion that our lives are completely different. Y’all rest on the weekends and work during the week. We party all weekend and use Monday through Thursday to recover. 😂🍻 But the show must go on, and so must the burgers.

🔥 MONDAY: BOGO BURGERS! Kearstine’s rocking the bar for lunch today, so come hungry and keep her company. Rich and Bre are taking care of you night time needs.

🍻 TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY: You’ll catch Tyler and Amber holding down the fort, serving up good food, cold drinks, and whatever questionable conversations y’all bring through the door. Tuesday is $14 Double Burger and Wednesday holds FREE POOL and Girl Dinner 🤤

🎶 THURSDAY: We’re gearing up for another BIG weekend because SOUTHALL IS COMING TO SALADO FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16! And you already know we’re throwing an AFTER PARTY! 🪩🍺

The concert might end, but that doesn’t mean the party has to. OUR KITCHEN IS OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT, because dancing, drinking, and making forgettable decisions require a damn good burger.

So pencil us in, clear your schedule, and maybe go ahead and apologize to your liver. Don’t forget Breakfast Friday-Sunday starting at 7am 🥱 ☕️ 🧇

Breakfast braids, straddling regulars, and Mark & Zach. What a Saturday…. If you were out with us yesterday, you already know. If you weren’t, congratulations on making responsible life choices. Couldn’t be us. 💅

We’re running on caffeine, questionable decisions, and the kind of determination that should probably be studied by scientists.

But a little exhaustion has never stopped a good time at Uncle David’s. 🤠

Come grab a burger, nurse that hangover, and spend your Sunday with Hot Mess Jess behind the bar. She’s got the drinks, the sass, and absolutely no intention of letting you have a boring Sunday.

Yesterday was for making memories. Today is for piecing them together. 🍔🍹

Tracy Lawrence, you did NOT disappoint! 🤠🍻

Last night was an absolute BLAST! Good music, cold drinks, familiar faces, and just enough questionable decisions to make it a Friday night worth remembering.

One of the coolest things about living in Salado is having friends and extended family who choose our little town as their meeting spot. We’re pretty damn lucky to have people who travel from all over just to get together, catch a show, and make some memories. ❤️

And of course, no great night would be complete without giving the neighbors something to talk about. At this point, we’re basically providing free entertainment. You’re welcome. 😘

To everyone who stopped by Uncle David’s before or after the show, THANK YOU! We love seeing this town come alive, and we love being part of the chaos.

Same time next concert? Because we’ve already recovered emotionally. Physically is another story. 🍻😂

Salado, we love you. Even the ones watching from across the street. 😘
