We’ve had a lot of interest in our boudin balls tonight (stuffed with pepperjack and deep fried)…. I’m really want to make our own boudin in house and making the deep fried balls to go like we do the quarts. I pick a day and you order what you want. Would anyone be interested?

Our drinky drink special for tonight’s Cajun specials is a Southern Sweet Tea 🍋☕️
Texas Brown Sugar Bourbon with sweet tea and a twist of lemon

Change of plans on the special—we were unable to obtain the alligator (didn’t come in on delivery) but I’m going to do the same dish-except with catfish and shrimp! It’ll still have the same authenticity you’re looking for!
