🎸🤘 You can't always get what you want... unless what you want is 120 Rolling Stones-themed sugar cookies! 🤘🎸

This order had me rocking out in the kitchen while baking and decorating 10 dozen custom sugar cookies for a recital concession stand! Featuring iconic Rolling Stones-inspired designs like the famous tongue logo, smiley faces, rock hand signs, and "Let's Rock" cookies, these sweet treats were ready to steal the show.

Most will be sold as individual cookies, but also put together some fun boxed sets so customers could grab a variety of designs all in one package. Because sometimes it's hard to choose just one favorite! 🎶🍪

I love creating cookies that help bring a theme to life and add a little extra fun to special events. Wishing all the performers an amazing recital and hoping everyone enjoys a sweet taste of rock 'n' roll!

This week I had the honor of baking and decorating a **yellow butter 1/4 sheet cake** for a very sweet young man celebrating his birthday. When Mom placed the order, she made sure to clarify one important detail...

**He wanted Cardinals on his cake — the birds, not the baseball team!** 😊

The reason made my baker heart smile. For their family, cardinals are a special reminder of loved ones who have passed, and this cake was a beautiful way to honor and remember his great-grandparents while celebrating a birthday.

Creating the pair of cardinals perched together on a branch was a reminder that sometimes the sweetest orders carry the deepest meaning. It's such a privilege to help families celebrate milestones while also honoring the memories that continue to live on in their hearts.

When football season isn't quite here yet, sometimes you settle the rivalry with cake! 🏈🎂

This birthday celebration featured a fun Rams vs. Saints theme complete with goal posts, footballs, team helmets, and players ready for game day. Whether you're cheering for the Rams or rooting for the Saints, I think we can all agree that cake is the real winner! 😋

This weekend's bake lineup has me covered in flour, icing, and probably a little caffeine! 😅
Nearly 200 decorated sugar cookies and 2 custom cakes are headed out the door to help celebrate some very special occasions. Every order represents a family, a milestone, and a memory in the making—and I'm so grateful to be a small part of it all.

The glamorous side of being a small home baker: pretty cakes, sprinkles, buttercream swirls, and cute packaging. ✨

The OTHER side? Sitting at the kitchen table taking apart your KitchenAid mixer like you suddenly earned an engineering degree overnight, and I'll admit longer than the video said it should take. 😂🔧

Ever wonder what the inside of your mixer looks like? Well… now I know WAY more than I ever planned to. Do I always know what I’m doing? Absolutely not. But growing up learning how to fix things yourself combined with the magical university of YouTube has gotten me pretty far so far. 💀

Because when your mixer is basically your bakery employee, you learn real quick how important maintenance is. Small business ownership means wearing ALL the hats:

It’s about honoring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice so we could live in freedom. The freedoms we often take for granted came at a cost paid by heroes and the families who loved them.

May we never forget those who gave everything for this country. ❤️🤍💙
