🍒 Apparently I have cheesecake ESP now. 😂

When your bestie asks if you can make her a cheesecake… and you’ve already had this weird feeling that you needed to make one. 🔮🍰 I don’t make the rules, people. The cheesecake universe has spoken. 😂

So of course she’s getting this 8-inch cherry cheesecake loaded with all that glorious cherry goodness. 🍒❤️ But because I apparently can’t just make one thing, she’s also getting a few little 4-inch individual cheesecakes to tuck in the freezer for later.

Because nothing says friendship quite like, “Here’s your cheesecake… and here are your emergency backup cheesecakes.” 😂🙌

Honestly, everyone needs a bestie who bakes. 😉

I had so much fun bringing this sweet first birthday theme to life! The birthday girl got her very own little smash cake to dig into, while her guests had a two-tiered cake and a whole flock of decorated sugar cookies to enjoy. 🎂🍪

Pink gingham, daisies, bows, and of course plenty of silly little geese made this set just too cute. 🌼🎀 There’s something extra special about getting to create the treats that help celebrate that very first trip around the sun. 🥹💕

I had so much fun baking and decorating this sweet cowgirl-inspired cake for a very special 2nd birthday! The pink and creamy white buttercream paired with those warm western brown details made the perfect base for her birthday celebration. 🎂✨

One sweet celebration deserves double the treats! 🩷🧡💚

I had so much fun baking and decorating this adorable first birthday cake along with a matching cake pop bouquet! 🎂🎉 The soft pink cake with pops of orange, green and white paired perfectly with the coordinating cake pops—and of course, that big “ONE” deserved center stage! 🥰

Because turning ONE is kind of a big deal…and there should always be enough cake and cake pops to celebrate accordingly! 😉🎈

I absolutely loved putting together these treats for the sweetest little Berry Sweet Baby shower! There’s just something about strawberries, soft pinks, and little baby details that makes the cutest combination. 🥹🍓

This celebration included decorated sugar cookies, a cake pop bouquet filled with strawberry-inspired pops and pretty white sprinkle pops, AND of course a FruitZa to complete the spread! 🍪🍰🍓

From the tiny strawberry outfit to all those little berry details, this theme was just TOO sweet! ❤️

Soft blush pinks, creamy whites, delicate roses, crosses, baptism gowns, and a few personalized touches all came together for this beautiful little set. There’s just something about those soft, classic colors that feels perfect for such a special day. 🌸✝️

🥂🤎 20 YEARS calls for something extra sweet! 🤍✨

I had the pleasure of baking up a whole lotta sweetness to help celebrate an incredible 20th Wedding Anniversary! 💍 Twenty years of love, laughter, memories, and choosing each other over and over again definitely deserves dessert. 🥰

For this celebration, we kept everything simple, elegant, and neutral with:

🧁 4 dozen Cookies & Cream cupcakes topped with creamy Cookies & Cream buttercream
🍰 50 cake pops in a delicious mix of Cookies & Cream, Funfetti & Cookie Butter, dressed in shades of creamy white and warm chocolate with delicate sprinkles and drizzles.

I absolutely LOVE how the neutral palette came together—sometimes understated is just sooo pretty. 🤍🤎

Cheers to 20 years and many, many more! 🥂💍 Thank you for letting Made by Mandi Ann add a little sweetness to such a special milestone!

🎂💙❤️💛 Two birthdays = twice the reason for cake! 🎉

This weekend’s birthday lineup brought TWO totally different themes to the kitchen! One cake headed off to infinity and beyond with a Toy Story-inspired color palette, while the other was ready to race into the celebration Sonic-style! 💨💙

I handled the baking, buttercream, colors, sprinkles, clouds and all those little piped details… and then Mom gets the win for the finishing touch! 🙌 Both cakes were intentionally left open on top so she could add the character toppers and bring each theme completely to life at the party. 🥰

Sometimes you don’t need every character on the cake when the colors and details already set the scene—and a topper can do the rest! ❤️💛💙

Happy Birthday to BOTH kiddos! 🥳 I hope their celebrations were filled with lots of fun, plenty of cake, and maybe just a little bit of chaos. 😂🎂

🚂🎂 All aboard the birthday train! 🎉

Had a fun one in the kitchen with these cake pops for a train enthusiast’s birthday! ❤️💛💙 We took a little inspiration from that classic Union Pacific railroad vibe and turned it into cake-pop form—bright yellow pops with white sprinkles paired with red, white & blue designs. 🚆

And this order had a little twist! Instead of assembling the bouquet myself, the cake pops stayed safely tucked in their box for transport, while Mom took the ready-to-go container and supplies home so she could put the bouquet together herself. 🥰 Sometimes a little DIY assembly is exactly what an order needs!
