I cannot even begin to tell you what an emotional roller coaster opening this truck has been, lol ….when I say every single thing that could go wrong… has gone wrong. It almost became a joke because when I thought nothing else could go wrong… something would. Right before my inspection I hooked up my waterlines to find that the faucets were broke so I installed new waterlines and a new faucet which I’ve never done before which was kind of cool. My inlet waterline was busted and I had to replace that. It’s the wrong kind of water pump so I had to order a new one and will be installing that in the next couple days. And then 10 minutes before my inspection, my water heater blows…. 😳😭
Come to find out I didn’t have a proper flat top grill so I spent a pretty penny on a brand new bigger one just to find out…. I had to have a professional out to add a converter from natural gas to propane and while he is there working on it, he realizes I don’t have proper regulator on the entire system, so the pressure actually broke the k**b and fuel line to my brand new fryer and had to be fixed at like 9 o’clock at night on a Saturday which cost an enormous amount of money …after just purchasing the flat top grill the day before….
And allllll the food to finally start serving…
I had so many breakdowns this last week and almost threw in the towel … when I kept telling myself there’s no way I made it this far to quit … Last night around midnight … I fried food for the first time ever… in MY Food Truck..
This is definitely been one of the hardest experiencing in my life, lol but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. The things I have learned along the way has been awesome… and I’ve also learned I can do just about anything I set my mind too. 
HangryAF will finally be open this week .. maybe even tonight if I can get some sleep before then lol!! ❤️🤣🍔 I hope everyone can swing through and say hiiii and enjoy some super unhealthy fried foods lol ..there will for sure not be any salads on this menu lol 😂 😜
