Any of our carts can be split two ways, charcuterie, cannoli, mini pancakes, mix and match however you want. Our most popular split is charcuterie and cannoli running at the same time, savory on one side, sweet on the other, both bottomless.

We don’t do one size fits all carts, and Beat the Heat with Face Foundrié Tampa proved it. Half charcuterie, half cannoli, plain and espresso cream, because that’s exactly what worked for their day.

Spoiler: everyone gravitated toward the espresso cream, and we turned it into a tiramisu cannoli. While making the cream we did “quality control” and as a professional coffee drinker I say 10/10, might be biased 💁‍♀️.

Yesterday’s baby shower was at one of our favorite venues to work at, and it comes with its own welcoming committee. A turkey who roams the property, greets every single guest personally, and fully believes he is the mayor. Respectfully, he might be right.

We bundled our bottomless mini pancake cart with our bottomless charcuterie cart for the full grazing experience, parked next to our favorite coffee cart, and spent the day watching guests go back for seconds and thirds while a very confident turkey supervised.

So grateful for this booking and for a venue that just gets it.
