Are you ready for an epic Oct? Stop by.

THE SUN IS OUT. I REPEAT. THE SUN IS FREAKING OUT.

After approximately 47 years of rain (okay, ONE WEEK, but we’ve been through things), Florida has finally remembered how to Florida.
And where are we? INSIDE. BAKING. MAKING CUPCAKES. LIVING OUR BEST LITTLE FLOUR-COVERED LIVES WHILE THE SUNSHINE MOCKS US THROUGH THE WINDOWS.

Is this a cry for help? Maybe.
Are there cupcakes? ABSOLUTELY.
Do we need human interaction before we start naming the stand mixers and plotting our escape? ALSO ABSOLUTELY.

So PLEASE come see us today!!
Grab some cupcakes, sourdough, pastries, hand pies, or whatever your little sunshine-starved heart desires.

Come say hi. Tell us a joke. Compliment our baking. Bring us a tiny offering of serotonin. WE ARE NOT ABOVE BEGGING.

Open TODAY 9–3
Come get your treats and help us feel like we're participating in society instead of being held hostage by buttercream.

WE LOVE YOU. PLEASE SEND CUSTOMERS. AND MAYBE A BEACH PICTURE. 🤣😭

Our sourdough pizza crust makes dinner so easy.
We have worked to get a crust we REALLY love and finally are able to offer it to you.
Frozen and ready to thaw and bake. It’s Friyay dinner!

The bread is baked. The cupcakes, Poptarts and Pasteries are coming….and I miss the sun.
That’s all I got as prepare for another day with no sunshine. 😭

Baking 9-5 today and 9-3 Sat… like a popup, but in our store. 😉

Every single thing. Made by us. Our hands. There’s a reason we’ve been around for almost 13 years. Stop by and see the difference real ingredients make!

🎶 I’M SINGING IN THE RAIN… 🎶
…because apparently that’s the only dang song Florida is allowing us to sing right now.

I don’t know about you, but for me, the rain has officially overstayed its welcome, and I am ONE CLOUD AWAY FROM FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE SUN.

So naturally… I’m standing here holding a box of cupcakes like:
🎶 HERE COMES THE SUN… 🎶
🎶 Doo doo doo doo… 🎶

Because if Mother Nature refuses to provide sunshine, Cake Affection will.

We’re OPEN tomorrow & Saturday, rain or shine! (Obviously- lol)
Come get your cupcakes, pastries, sourdough & all the little bits of happiness you need to survive Florida’s current attempt at monsoon season.

Bring your umbrella. We’ll bring the buttercream.
See you tomorrow, sunshine seekers!

Fridays 9-5, Sat 9-3

Ok Florida. We get it. You’re raining.

A whole WEEK of rain?! Ma’am. We are Floridians. We were promised sunshine, humidity, and the occasional afternoon thunderstorm—not this nonsense. ☔️

So if the weather refuses to cooperate, at least the cupcakes are bringing the sunshine.

THIS WEEKEND AT CAKE AFFECTION:
🧁 Cupcakes: Brown Sugar Pumpkin Crunch
Mocha Chip
Chai Apple
PLUS all your standard favorites because we’re not about to mess with the classics.

🥖 Sourdough: Plain & perfect.

🍕 And YES… our NEW & IMPROVED sourdough pizza crust will be available! Because apparently we decided you needed another reason to carb-load through the rain.

And then there’s the rest of the situation…
POP-TARTS. HAND PIES. PASTRIES FOR DAAAAAYS.
Basically, if you’re going to be stuck inside listening to Florida rain, you might as well have something ridiculously delicious to eat.

AND GRAB A FALL DRINK WHILE YOU’RE HERE!
Because October is moving FAST, friends. Like “wait, wasn’t it just September?” fast.
And once November rolls around… 👀
we’re pulling out the NEXT round of holiday flavors.
So come get your pumpkin, chai, apple, caramel, cozy little fall moment while it’s still here.

Fridays 9-5 and Sat 9-3
Because sunshine may be on vacation, but we’re still baking.
