Happy Friday from The Bayou!....Friday ALWAYS means fun stuff.....come by and hang out with the Boss today as Tina escorts her last 2 kiddies off to college(I suspect the quiet will be deafening next week!🤪).....anyway......today we have all the fun stuff......starting with....

Catfish Atchafalaya(perfectly fried Catfish topped with Crawfish Etouffee).....along with..

Chicken Tchoupitoulas (Bayou Blackened chicken topped with with a rich Bernaise Sauce mixture of mushrooms, Cajun Sausage, & potatoes)

Then of course our Signature Chicken Sausage Jambalaya & Crawfish Etouffee.....

And dont forget the Bayou J'Etouffee (our jambo topped with Crawfish Etouffee)
