Get to know your Lead Chill Concierge, Sky! 👋
Sky is no stranger to our fire & ice plaza. She joined HOTWORX back in January 2026 and did her first ever cold plunge with us in March. 🔥🧊 After rocking contrast therapy for a few months, she joined our Freeze Fam to help others with their cold water therapy routine!
“I originally joined HOTWORX just looking for a new way to workout,” shares Sky. “I loved the idea of being able to workout while gaining the infrared benefits. For my first cold plunge I was definitely nervous, but I ended up loving the challenge and how accomplished I felt after!”
When Sky isn’t working out in the saunas or cooling off in the cold tubs, she’s line dancing, selling Tampa Bay real estate, and enjoying time with her family and friends. Most recently, she’s been diving headfirst into fall activities!
“Getting to go from being a member to helping other people through the same experience has made it more rewarding,” Sky smiles. “One of my favorite parts is helping people feel comfortable with something that can feel pretty intimidating and watch them crush their first plunge!”
