This is Cosmo. He’s a giant Bernese Mountain dog and a regular at our restaurant. When he was little, he was neglected and mistreated - until he was rescued. Even though he is now loved and well taken care of, he’s still lives with the nervousness and anxiety of his childhood. His rescuers decided to write a book about him and his journey from neglected to loved. You can purchase it through our KNOOUK Market & Provisions area. All proceeds from the book sale go to the FLORIDA GIANT DOG RESCUE Foundation to help other dogs like Cosmo find a new life with a new family.
