What You’ll Do

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience — every table, every time
• Own financial performance: labor, food cost, and revenue growth
• Set the tone for culture, professionalism, and standards
• Work closely with ownership on strategy, systems, and growth

• Proven leadership experience in upscale dining or steakhouse concepts
• Strong operational and financial acumen
