Big week for the Country this week...and The Bayou is stepping into the week with tasty & patriotic choices.....Tuesday & Wednesday...we will have our normal fresh fun stuff....starting Thursday....we are offering classic USA favorites....which will continue into Friday & Saturday....on Saturday...we will be out front....grilling beef sliders and hot dogs to order....and yes....we will have Boiled Crawfish 1 more week.....please pre-order by Wednesday!....Stop by and celebrate the 250th Birthday of The USA with us....

Humpday at The Bayou!....we have many of our traditional favorites today......Meatloaf....Bourbon Chicken....Seafood Jambalaya....Seafood Gumbo.....tomorrow we will be making a new batch of our Mahi Fish Spread.....and will also be making Crawfish Pies....Crabmeat Dip....and Crawfish Dip...they should be available by noon tomorrow!...also...Order your Boiled Crawfish by this afternoon for Saturday!

The summer is moving on!..The Bayou can make it a tasty summer for you....Please see this week's menu...which includes..."Sampler Saturday ".....we will begin offering a couple of our speciality dishes for you to try....this week we are offering our Cajun Crawfish Dip and also our Fresh Crabmeat Dip...we will also have a larger fresh batch of our Bayou Mike's Smoked Fish Spread ready by midweek...and yes...we are boiling Crawfish this Saturday....and will do so until you say no more!
