It’s Monday and Sam is behind the bar giving out high fives and treats to the 4 legged furry friends. Oh yeah he pours beers too. 32 taps flow at 4pm and all of them there taps are just $5 each too during our Witching Hour that goes til 6pm.

Running for Brews St Pete meets up at 7pm for their weekly Monday 5k waterfront run free to join and all skill levels too.

Sunday combo of Eddies’ here at the Witch…

Special release can edition from Lagunitas Brewing Co is their collaboration with the band Iron Maiden and is a west coast ipa brewed with Krush hops (one of the most modern new hop varietals being farmed). The classic character Eddie is with the Lagunitas Dog for their art work on these cans.

Eddie Rosicky of Boho Sideshow is here with the band in the gallery for a concert from 4:30-7pm as he is joined by bandmates Billy Carr (drums & electric bass simultaneously) & Josh Nelms (guitar) for a fun pre sun set Sunday show.

Taps (and cans) flow at 3pm when we open up today. Witch Anniversary glass holders enjoy an all day Witching Hour of $5 taps and wines when they bring their glass with them on Sundays. Bicyclists visiting us on the weekends get 20% off their beverage purchases and also a free cold bottle of water when they check in at the bar when arriving via that modern day broom of transportation known as a bicycle.

A couple of summertime sippers to cool down and be refreshed by come from our 2 dedicated cider line taps.
Potter's Craft Cider of Virginia is a farmhouse cidery and this passionfruit mosaic hard cider is from their “Bloom” series. A seasonal rotation combining fruits and hops into their 100% Virginia farmed apple cider.
Cider Creek Hard Cider from upstate New York is their summer seasonal release Watermelon Lemonade White Tea Cider. Using 100% New York Farmer Apples this combination of ingredients hits all the summer refreshing check boxes.

Taps flow at 3pm when we open up.

Live music settles into the gallery this evening with an all original music showcase featuring the Kirk Adams Band from 7:30-10pm.

Bicyclists visiting us on the weekends don’t forget to check in at the bar and grab a complimentary bottle of cold water and enjoy 20% off your beverage purchases too.

These just came in on one of todays deliveries…

Trillium Brewing Company is one of those world class breweries who doesn’t send much at all down to Florida. But when they do we grab all that we can to share here ~ and drink some too 🙂

These kegs are in que to rotate on as they will be tapped up in the days ahead. They won’t last long when they do come on so every now and again just check our tap list on our website. It’s easy….. a click here and a click there and the time chronological listing of what’s on tap shows the most recent tap on top of the list and goes down the list from there.

Join us for another fun Witchgrass Wednesday Evening in the courtyard as our weekly live bluegrass jam picks from 7-9pm with host Fil Pate leading this traditional 2 hour jam.

Cool off with a brew or two or perhaps one of our other many options too which includes a variety of non alcoholic options to enjoy like maybe a fresh Beech Kombucha Tangerine Dream (Tangerine, Hibiscus & vanilla bean) on tap.

Taps flow at 4pm when we open up for the day.
Witching Hour goes til 6pm and all 32 of our taps are just $5 each during this spell.

It was great to share time here at the Witch over the Holiday Weekend with everyone.
Each of the three days were special in their own ways.
From Friday’s Boxcar Hollow’s Concert in the courtyard sweating together. To Saturdays stopping point surrounding the fireworks timeframe to enjoy a beverage or two together. To Sundays indoor living room style concert with Josh Nelms and special guest Damon Fowler who were then joined by TC Carr.

Our little tucked away courtyard here in downtown is just simply a community back yard to share together in many different ways.

Always a thank you for being part of this witch little family here.

Taps flow at 4pm today when we open and a whole new week of adventures begin again.

Today…..
We open up at 3pm.
This special duo living room concert style is at 4:30pm and IS inside (the heat index at 4:30pm by the way is around 103° outside, just saying)

If you wish to have a seat and a table inside we suggest a better strategy than arriving at showtime.

As always our shows are FREE but as always sales from OUR bar support and continue the live music we do HOST. Without that there is no this…..

You may bring food inside with you (we encourage it and have wonderful neighbors who serve food too). You can’t bring outside beverages inside though.

A full stage mix will be set up for the courtyard to hear outside for folks who are sitting outside.
It shouldn’t rain during the show (but it IS Florida and Florida does Florida things in the summer like rain over a small region at any given time).

Wishing everyone a fun and safe Independence Day Holiday today. The witch is open from 3pm (open) to 11pm (close) as normal for Saturdays here. We are honoring the 250 year Celebration of our Country’s Declaration of Independence with multiple $2.50 crafty beer specials both on tap and in a can for folks to enjoy when they stop in today before or after the fireworks along the waterfront just a block to our east for viewing. Notice too that each variety of specials has a NON ALCOHOLIC variation of a beer on tap and in a can to enjoy for the holiday too.

A Special can release from Bell's Brewery is their summer version of their Hopslam, this 16oz can is the Citrus Hopslam and is just $10 today.

Great Lakes Brewing Company Independence Double IPA is on tap as well an option to enjoy.
