Stepped outside for 30 seconds and the brain never clocked out 😭🌮

This is the part people don’t see.

The hours before service. The prep. The knife work. The sauces. The ingredients. Every little detail that has to happen before the first order ever hits the kitchen.

There’s a rhythm to it.

Every cut, every batch, every station getting ready for one reason: so when you walk through the door, we can serve you fresh food made that day, cooked with love.

And we do it because we care about St. Pete. This is our community. These are our neighbors, our regulars, our friends and the people who have supported us along the way. You deserve food we’re proud to put in front of you.

Service might be when the restaurant comes alive, but the work starts long before that.

This is just the kitchen party before the real party begins. 🌮🔪🔥
