When the bride asks for a wow factor, we go tall. 🤍

Six tiers of wavy, textured buttercream with a whimsical, almost storybook feel, finished with blush and mauve blooms with greenery cascading down the tiers and a sprinkle of fresh figs. 🌸💐

This one was a true collaboration with our friends at Monarch Events & Design, who brought the florals to life and took the design to another level. Thank you for being such wonderful partners on this showstopper!

A graceful, towering centerpiece, the display cake stole the room, while a Chantilly Berries and Cream side cutting cake delivered the flavor. Drama and delicious, in equal measure.🍓🫐

White-on-white and absolutely dreamy! 🤍🐚 We had the sweetest time creating this single-tier vintage beach-inspired wedding cake for Violet & Cameron! Perfectly sized for their intimate backyard reception, finished with delicate hand-piped vintage Lambeth-style detailing, ocean edible pearls, and a scattering of sugar shells and starfish for just the right touch of coastal elegance. Simple, romantic, and made with so much love for their big day.

Seven tiers. Zero notes. And yes, it's faux (aka display, not edible) 🤍

Made for Diane & Hamdy. This showstopper traveled over an hour to the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota... as a display cake. Because sometimes the illusion has to be flawless before a single slice gets cut.

What's actually getting cut? Hiding underneath…a Vanilla Raspberry cutting cake, ready for the just-married toast. 🍰

Giving Grecian drapery. Giving old money gold elegance. Giving "we don't do bumpy roads, we do engineering."

The tablescape said "quiet luxury," the cake said "actually let me be loud about it.” Proof that even the "faux" cake can steal the whole reception. 👀

👰🤵🎂 Libby + Anthony’s wedding cake was quiet luxury with main character energy. Set outdoors at the bride’s residence with a breathtaking bayfront view behind it, it felt like a fashion moment in cake form, clean lines, sculptural height, and a presence that didn’t need to shout to own the room.

This tall, modern three-tier cake had a smooth finish with subtle ribbed texture that gave it dimension, and the lovely cake topper was the perfect finishing touch. The design was styled with an asymmetrical floral moment featuring blush roses, white anthuriums, and a dramatic cascade of hanging amaranthus draping down the front.

The flavors matched the vibe perfectly, Marzipan Raspberry, Chocolate Raspberry, and Strawberries Ch*****ne. 🎂

Lily & Jame’s 5-tier wedding cake for their outdoor reception at 🤍🎂

Modern, minimalist, and designed to stand tall, finished with a sculptural cascade of calla lilies 🤍🌿

The sweetest detail: calla lilies have always been the bride’s favorite, and her name is Lily too. And honestly, it’s no surprise they’re having a moment right now, they’re timeless, editorial, and instantly elevate a minimalist design.

And the flavor? Lemon Creme 🍋 She fell in love instantly, and we don’t blame her.

A three-tier statement designed for the estate’s old-Florida charm, with a hexagon middle tier framed by round tiers, finished in crisp white-on-white vintage piping and a soft, editorial finish. Flavors were in Vanilla Raspberry + Red Velvet.
