Edgar has 14 years of experience in the food service industry and 12 years of managerial experience in food service establishments. Frank Edgar formerly worked for HD Cafeterias which was a family owned and operated business. At one time there were 11 units in the state of Fl

orida with the home store located in St. The HD Cafeteria in the Northeast Shopping Center was in operation for forty-seven years. It was closed in March of 1996 after Publix bought the remaining 10 years of HD’s lease. Anticipating the closing of the cafeteria, Frank Edgar opened Creative Catering Company and Café Ten-O-One at 1001 First Avenue North in St. Both Creative Catering and Café Ten-O-One are fully licensed, insured, and deliver bountiful meals at a moderate price.
