🥟 Hispanic Heritage Month Tuesday 🇵🇷

Did you know empanadas have traveled through cultures and generations for centuries—and Puerto Rico put its own delicious spin on them? ❤️

In Puerto Rico, you’ll often hear them called empanadillas (although the empanadilla vs. pastelillo debate can start a whole family argument 😂).

They can be stuffed with everything from seasoned beef and chicken to cheese, seafood and just about anything else you can dream up.

And that's one of my favorite things about them. There really are no limits to what can go inside an empanada.

So for today's Hispanic Heritage Month question, I want to hear from YOU:

I usually make my paella imperial style which is so freaking good. An Imperial Paella has chicken, pork ribs, and Spanish chorizo with lots of sea (jumbo shrimp, calamari, muscles and clams). My client was excited to try this version!
