One of the last things we do is ask each participant to write a note of encouragement to their final challenge partner.

After all the decorating, competing, laughing and cheering, everyone leaves with something personal: a few words from someone they connected with that day.

Not everyone will leave with an award.

But everyone leaves knowing they were seen, appreciated and encouraged.
