It also has a 2000 square ft event center connected that can be rented out for parties/events that you can cater. This is separate and rented on a per event basis from us
This location will service the current customer base but will require someone who is ong to develop their own clientele through marketing, word of mouth, previous customers as well as utilizing delivery services. As the customer base from the can’t support an kitchen full time
We are looking for someone with a unique food concept. We are not interested in bar food exclusively and looking for someone that understands a small but unique food concept will work best for the location.
Requirements and Terms
Turnkey Restaurant with majority of equipment for use. Square POs terminals available as well if needed. With mobile credit cards readers
$1500 security deposit
Free rent for 3 months and after three months rent is 7% of sales to a maximum of $1500 a month.
Initial lease term to be 6 months and shall be renewed in either month to month or 6 month increments. If the full 6 month term is not completed the $1500 deposit is not refundable.
You will be able to operate under our food license as long as all laws and regulations are followed. Any violations are your responsibility and fines if ever imposed are your responsibility and if ever shut down you will have operation costs to cover which will be covered in a lease for every day the operation is closed.
Work with club on specials for promo days and nights.
Must have experience and knowledge of running a kitchen and all health codes and regulations to run a kitchen
Must maintain food handling and manager certificates for running a kitchen
Must be able to operate a minimum of 5 days a week from 5pm till 3am. Longer hours are a plus and we will work with you initially when starting out with shorter hours and what works best for you
Must pay all utilities including gas timely
Must provide liability and business insurance
Must provide whatever equipment needed other then What is provided.
Must have financial backing to support running the opportunity. We will request proof of funds. The same as you would be required for any lease.
Must provide menus, signage and marketing for us to approve and use in our own marketing of your restaurant
Must use a pos system and accept credit cards, cash app and cash as forms of payment and must submit proof of sales with books printout for tax payments to the state to us monthly to submit payment to us directly to pay tax.
