Our coffee roaster limits global emissions due to

an electric power source. Paradeco started with a desire to serve top-notch specialty coffee and tea in a stylish, welcoming environment that promotes community. We aren’t your basic neighborhood coffee shop and we never want to be. YOU deserve better than that and YOU are our top priority. Which is why we curated a unique space and started a killer team. We’re committed to staying ahead of the curve and providing you with healthy, delicious beverages and snacks that you crave. We want to be a part of your daily routine. Apply to join our Barista team if you: have unrivaled customer service to a diverse clientele, are detail oriented, pull amazing espresso shots, pour beautiful latte art and are passionate about all things coffee and Paradeco. Weekend availability required. Average pay is minimum $20/hr including pooled tips.

• BOH •
Apply to join our Prep/Line Cook team if you: can manage multiple orders efficiently, are detail oriented, strive to create the perfect plate and like to keep a very clean and organized work station. Work 4 days with 3 days off. Weeknd availability required. Average pay is minimum $20/hr including pooled tips.

NEW COFFEE DROP ✨🥭MANGO LASSI🥭✨

we’re super excited to bring you this mango co-fermented coffee thanks to our pals ! it has a burst of mango aromatics as soon as you open the bag with an even sweeter taste with notes of mango lassi- juicy ripe mango, silky creaminess and a subtle lactic tang.

Producer Juan David Puerta uses osmotic dehydration with mango, carefully leveraging natural sugar gradients during fermentation to infuse the coffee with ripe tropical aromatics, resulting in a mango lassi like profile without added flavors.
