We’re very sad to share that we have to close early today and, unfortunately, remain closed until further notice.

Our ice freezer is not currently holding our ice at the temperature needed to make the top-quality shaved ice our guests deserve. Because of that, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily close The Shaved Ice Shack until we can get the freezer repaired and working properly again.

Our goal has always been to provide a fun, memorable experience where our guests can enjoy a great shaved ice treat with excellent customer service. If we can’t deliver that experience the right way, we don’t want to serve something that falls short of the standard you deserve.

Please know this decision was made with our guests in mind. We appreciate every single person who continues to support our small family business, and we’re truly grateful for your patience and understanding while we work through this.

If you visited us today and were unsatisfied with anything during your visit, please reach out to us so that we can properly address it.

We hope to be back up and running as soon as possible, and we can’t wait to see you all again soon.

🚑🍧 A Sweet Treat for Future First Responders!

We had the privilege of treating a group of EMS Academy trainees to a shaved ice after lunch today.

These students are still in school, spending countless hours learning the skills they’ll one day use to help save lives in our communities. That kind of dedication deserves recognition. ♥️

As a local small business, we believe in supporting the people who invest their time and energy into making our community a better place. It was our honor to treat them!

Thank you to the trainees and instructors at Respond Right EMS Academy for all you’re doing to prepare the next generation of first responders. 🙌🏼
