I'm a cottage industry, sourdough micro-baker. In March, 2024, I suffered a life-changing stroke. Since then, I have been unable to work in my profession. The silver lining is more time to do things I love, like baking sourdough and painting. At a recent event, I brought a loaf of sourdough to share. Before I could cut it, someone offered to buy it. The next week, I posted a picture on a local FB group. I had over 500 reactions and dozens of comments. I was shocked at the response and interest. These two events convinced me I should at least try selling on a micro-level. I have no ability to do more than that. So, here goes life, down another road ...

Beginning November 2026, I have something special to bring you!

Home cooked meals in addition to the original Pass-A-Grille Sourdough.

Perhaps you were here on vacation or just don't feel like cooking. Let me do the work for you.

Not only am I a Sourdough baker, I'm also an artist and a former restaurant owner. I actually come from a long line of restaurant owners and can make you whatever you would like.
