La Croisette has been part of the St Pete Beach community since 1986. For decades, it has been a place where locals and visitors come together over breakfast — simple, honest food served with care. In 2021, we proudly took over La Croisette with a clear vision:
to honor its history while rebuilding and modernizing the restaurant for the next generation. We renovated the space, refreshed the menu,
and committed ourselves to what matters most — fresh ingredients, consistency, and a genuine guest experience. We left France to build a new life in the United States, drawn by the opportunity to work hard, contribute, and pursue the American dream. We poured that same dedication into La Croisette — showing up every day, putting in the hours, and never taking for granted the chance to build something meaningful in this incredible country. Then, life tested us again. Like so many businesses on the Gulf Coast, we were hit by Hurricane Helene, and later Hurricane Milton. Each time, we were forced to rebuild — not just repair — a restaurant we had already worked so hard to restore. What carried us through wasn’t just determination. It was our community. Our guests checked in on us. Our neighbors showed up. And our incredible team stood by us, ready to rebuild, reopen, and keep going together. That’s when we realized something deeply important:
La Croisette is not just a restaurant. It’s a family. Since taking over the restaurant, the results speak for themselves. La Croisette has been named Best Breakfast in Tampa Bay in 2024, 2025, and 2026, and our guest feedback has grown alongside us — from 1,400 Google reviews with a 4.4 rating to over 6,000 reviews with a 4.8 rating today. Our story and our food have also been featured in local and national media, including television coverage and publications such as The New York Times, highlighting what makes La Croisette a truly special place. Today, La Croisette is known across Tampa Bay as an award-winning breakfast and brunch destination, offering a classic American breakfast with a French twist, made with fresh, quality ingredients — from our famous croissant sandwiches and crêpes to our quiches and signature breakfast favorites. But what truly defines us goes beyond awards, ratings, or headlines. It’s the early mornings. The familiar faces. The teamwork behind the scenes. And the guests who return again and again — not just for breakfast, but because this place feels like home. We are proud of where we started. Proud of what we’ve overcome.
