Meet tact’s founders:

These newlyweds got hitched last year, and opened a business! Moriah & Hayden are slinging handmade drinks daily at the shop.

Beans are roasted (constantly) by Hayden, himself, in house while Moriah crafts syrups and comes up with quippy names for the drink specials. Together they keep the place running, crafting coffees and chatting with those wandering in for a caffeine fix.

In their free time they hang at the Main Cinema to catch a flick together. Individually, you can:

Find Hayden buzzing around town on his bike, discovering a prized record to add to his vinyl collection, or reading all of the sci-fi books he can get his hands on.

Find Moriah catching up on reality TV, studying for her Masters in Counseling and Psychological Services, or running around town.

Leave a note, take a note 🗒️ ✨

If you’ve had the chance to visit our roastery and cafe, you might have noticed a lil shelf in the back with some slips of paper. We encourage you to leave a kind note for a stranger and grab a note that a stranger wrote for you. Just a small way for us to facilitate kindness over the counter.

Cold weather is coming. Now would be a good time to provide some warmth for others. All of us could use some support every now and then.

Jesús Arbey Iquira. A friend to all, with a laugh that can fill any room.

During our trip to Finca El Placer, Jesús invited us into his home and shared several stories of growing and processing coffee so that he could continue his family’s legacy. He is currently building a room for coffee quality analysis n we are thrilled to support him in his pursuit.

His commitment to excellence is evident in the carefully selection of coffee varieties and processing methods used on the farm.

This coffee from Huila, Colombia was sourced with the help of our partners and . We are grateful for the opportunity.
