Monday November 18th the Goat will be having a mental health night:
Mental health night came to us as a great idea to give people a safe space to vent out positive/negative/neutral mental health thoughts.
As winter closes in on us and finals and other life obstacles fall in our path sometimes its good to just talk.
this is not a substitute for therapy and more guidelines will be laid out when the event begins.
