Thursday is calling, and honestly… we think it’s asking for a drink. A mixed drink, to be specific. While we can’t make you a traditional mixed drink at the Fair, we have the next best thing: MIXING SLUSHIES! 🍹Mix our Cosmopolitan Martini Slushie with our Lemon Drop Martini Slushie and BOOM—you’ve got the COSMO DROP! 🍋🍸

Come grab a drink, enjoy live music all day, relax at a table, and soak up the Fair atmosphere. Because there’s no better way to celebrate making it to Thursday than with something cold in your hand and absolutely nowhere else you need to be but Coasters Beer Garden. 🍺😂

🐪 HAPPY HUMP DAY! The week is officially halfway over, the weekend is still just far enough away to be annoying, and your inbox is probably multiplying when you’re not looking. So, what’s the easiest way to get over the hump? Get under it? Get at it? Nope… just get OUT here! 😂 Come to the Minnesota State Fair, grab a cold beer or slushie, listen to some live music and forget your mid-week responsibilities exist for a few hours. At Coasters, we fully support work-life balance… specifically the part where you stop working and go to the Fair. You can deal with those Wednesday problems tomorrow. IT’S THE ONLY TUESDAY OF THE FAIR! You know how the middle child sometimes gets forgotten about? That’s basically Tuesday. It gets sandwiched between Monday and Wednesday, rarely gets the attention it deserves, and yet somehow, it’s usually the one keeping everyone together. 😂 So today, we’re giving Tuesday its moment! It’s also Military Appreciation Day! Come celebrate Tuesday and our military service members, enjoy some live music, grab a cold drink at Coasters and show this underrated day of the week a little love. After all, every Fair deserves a Tuesday… especially when it’s the only one.🍺🎡

🍋🌸 MONDAY HAS NO BUSINESS BEING THIS FUN. But it’s the Minnesota State Fair, so we’re ignoring the calendar and pouring a glass of RoséMonade. This refreshing collaboration combines sparkling rosé with classic lemonade for a fruity, bubbly, perfectly citrusy twist on a summertime favorite. SATURDAY NIGHT HAS ENTERED THE CHAT. 🍒🥃 There’s something very Minnesotan about a Saturday night at the local supper club, sitting at the bar with an Old Fashioned in hand. Well, we’ve adopted that classic Saturday night tradition and given it a little State Fair energy. Meet our Ol’ Fashioned Hard Seltzer Cocktail — orange, cherry and brandy flavors with a dash of bitters, served on the rocks with a cherry on top. It’s 7% ABV, gluten-removed, and brewed in Stillwater by Lift Bridge Brewing Company

Think of us as the supper club’s slightly weird stepsister — she knows how to make an Old Fashioned, but she also thinks it would be more fun in a Tilt-A-Whirl booth, listening to Uncle Chunk, with an Uncrustabuger in hand and barn animals walking by. 😂 Get it only at Coasters Beer Garden, we offer the same Minnesota spirit as a supper club, we’re just a little more “carnival”. 🥜🍇🍔 IT’S FRIDAY!! IF YOU TRIED THE UNCRUSTABURGER LAST YEAR, YOU’VE PROBABLY BEEN THINKING ABOUT IT EVER SINCE. And if you missed out? Well, we hope you’ve been preparing, because it’s BACK for year two! The Uncrustaburger is a 4 oz. hamburger patty with cheese, pickles and special sauce, sandwiched between TWO deep-fried peanut butter & grape jelly Uncrustables.

Yes, it’s every bit as ridiculous as it sounds. Yes, it’s every bit as delicious as you remember. And yes, you finally get to stop wondering what you missed last year. 😂 Grab one at Coasters, pair it with a cold beverage and some live music and enjoy the satisfaction of finally getting your hands on the burger you’ve been dreaming about since last August. We’re not saying it’s the reason you came to the Fair… but we’re also not saying it isn’t.

🎉IT’S OPENING DAY! We’re kicking off the Minnesota State Fair with something new, cold, tart, sweet, and just strong enough to make you forget how much you paid for that corn dog. Introducing the Lemon Drop Martini Slushie, made with real squeezed lemon juice and inspired by the classic lemon drop candy. It’s a refreshing hard seltzer slushie, 5% ABV, gluten-removed, and brewed right here in Minnesota by Lift Bridge Brewing Company
