All about Fresh French Fries!

Fresh French Fries was founded in 1973 and has been serving homegrown, fresh cut, French Fries at The Minnesota State Fair ever since.

Over the years our operation has grown from small street side portable booths with very little equipment, to the much larger permanent buildings, containing state of the art equipment that we designed specifically for our operation today.

Today we currently have two locations on the Minnesota State Fair Grounds. One located near the Mighty Midway (Liggett St), and One near the Hunted House and Dairy building (Judson Ave). View our locations here!

As our buildings grew so did our extended FFF family. Today we now have several generations of employees families working for us. We have seen many changes over the years; new booths/foods, new generation of our FFF family members, and many new things at the fair, to name a few, however one thing that has never changed and will never change is the way we make our fries! We have been serving pure "Freshness" for over 45 years and many more to come. It is our promise to continue serving you the Best French Fries in America!
