Kristine Bakes

Kristine Bakes Twin Cities home based baking enthusiast who loves the challenge of baking classic items and envisioning new creations! Hello!

I have always had great joy in baking for family, friends, and my coworkers. They have been the best taste testers and encouragement a person ever ask for. I look forward to sharing the tried and tested creations I have made in the past, in addition to envisioning many new and amazing items. While I have traditionally specialized in cupcakes, I look forward to the possibility of stepping out of this comfort zone from time to time to create new styles of desserts. There is no limit to what our imagination can bake!

One of my accounting clients was having a 30-hour Sit-A-Thon event this weekend. Made these as a (sort of) surprise for their event, and for one of their leaders birthday!🥳 This was not a great weather weekend for making cake, but round 2 turned out all right! Chai spice cake with a maple cinnamon icing.

Happy birthday to my nephew!
