Behind The Blue Moon you’ll find Mike & Steph, lifelong Minnesotans with a fleet of 5 kids and 12 grandkids who keep life busy and full of joy.
Mike is our resident mad scientist 🧪 the brain behind the wild and wonderful new foods you find on our menu each year. Steph is the heart of the operation 💙 the social butterfly who makes sure everyone feels welcome and at home when they stop by.
Together, they’ve poured their creativity, energy, and love for the fair into making The Blue Moon a spot where food and fun meet.
