From my entire family, thank you for making our 25th year at the Minnesota State Fair one we will never forget.

We are humbled and grateful for every fairgoer who stopped by Giggles’— whether it was your first visit or your 25th. The laughter, the cheers, the memories made around our tables this year were extra special.

Twenty-five years ago, we set out with a dream to bring a taste of Minnesota’s north woods to the fairgrounds. This year reminded us just how lucky we are to be part of this tradition. None of it would be possible without our incredible employees and most of all, you.

We are beyond honored to share that Giggles’ Campfire Grill was named one of this year’s Minnesota State Fair Best Awards!

This recognition means the world to us. We couldn’t do what we do without the incredible support of the Minnesota State Fair staff, our dedicated employees who pour their hearts into every shift, and of course our fair goers – the reason we get to do this year after year.

As we celebrate our 25th year at the fair, this award feels especially meaningful. It’s a testament to the hard work, creativity, and passion that has fueled Giggles from the very beginning. We couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve accomplished together, and we are so grateful for the community that has made it possible.

Twas the night before the Minnesota State Fair...

When all through the log cabin,
Not a walleye was stirring, not even a timber twist.

The kegs were tapped with the utmost care,
In hopes that the fairgoers soon would be there.

The crew was nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of wontons danced in their heads.

This guy is ready for his 25th year at the fair! We will see you bright and early! Sleep good, Minnesota.

Just one week until opening day of the Minnesota State Fair — and our 25th year serving you on Machinery Hill. 🧡

We don’t take this opportunity lightly. For 25 years, we’ve been honored and privileged to serve our amazing fairgoers. This tradition was built on the foundation laid by Tim “Giggles” Weiss and his original founding partner, Doug Holter, who we lost unexpectedly in 2007.

This year, we celebrate and honor both Giggles and Doug for making this dream possible. We also thank the Minnesota State Fair for taking a chance on us 25 years ago and letting us create something truly special.

Final touches are underway and we can’t wait to see you in ONE WEEK! 🍻

NEW IN 2025! Debuting a new specialty sip and a custom rosé made just for us to celebrate our milestone year at the fair.

Strawberry Blaze: This strawberry blonde ale is packed full of bright flavors and finished with a jalapeño kick. Garnished with a Tajín-dusted lime. Brewed by Millstream Brewing Co.

Silver Rosé: Notes of fresh strawberry, mandarin orange, white cherry and pomegranate. Reminiscent of a dry Provençal rosé with wonderful minerality and a flutter of tannin that lingers on the palate. Wine made by 7 Vines Vineyard and Winery Dellwood, MN.
