Bringing our own "flavor" to the tremendous array of MN State Fair foods has been no easy task. Offering artisanal foods to the masses without sacrificing quality takes a lot of planning, and some experimentation.

Last year we offered 2 Official New Foods...a pair of savory éclairs. An intriguing idea, perhaps...but an ex*****on which left something to be desired.

We knew we could do better, and so, although not official State Fair "new foods," our offerings this year are NEW in many ways....Freshly baked buttery crispy croissants filled with lovingly crafted savory lobster or banh mi fillings.

Many thanks to and for noticing our efforts, and congrats to our former State Fair neighbor for the "Best in Show" pick!

Join us for FRESH FAIR FARE - LOBSTER and BANH MI CROISSANTS 🥐 🦞

Last year we served eclairs with the same savory fresh fillings. This year we’re leveling up with fresh baked buttery croissants in place of the eclair shells!

It highlights our NEW LOCATION this year…”Street Eats at Randall & Underwood”…a nice grassy space with trees and picnic tables, and….great food and drinks!

Last year we served Lobster Eclairs and Banh Mi Eclairs. We’re improving on them this year with fresh baked buttery croissants in place of the eclair shells which were (let’s be honest) a bit dry and bland 😬

We can’t wait to see you!
