dropping 10/5 is Operadora Suave, or Smooth Operator.

citra and amarillo hops, easy drinking, and dare i say… smooth?

it’s a small batch and when it’s gone, it’s gone! and then you’ll have to wait until we open next year.

come get it at La Doña Cervecería this Saturday!

you know the story. i was a pharmacist… pandemic… not a pharmacist anymore…

but what do i do now, you say? well i was super lucky to cop an assistant brewer position at La Doña Cervecería.

i use my home brew skills everyday… but commercial brewing is super different! the learning curve was STEEP.

i learn everyday and have found an amazing mentor in the head brewer, Dicky Lopez.

we're thrilled that you're here.

these are v1 logos. we'll eventually phase them out - since apparently they remind folks of abstract eyeballs - but for now, we're rocking with them. what do you think?
