What an amazing experience! ❤️ A huge thank you to Jeremy, Lance, and the entire Day of Pan team for inviting West Indies Soul Food to be part of such a beautiful celebration of Caribbean culture. This weekend showed me just how much our team is capable of—we handled a three-day Uptown Art Fair, curbside, AND this catering event. When we work together, we can stretch farther than I imagined. Proud of my team and grateful for the opportunity! 🇹🇹🥁❤️

Day of Pan is Just around the corner! Join us this Saturday, August 8th, at Edison High School for two unforgettable steel drum concerts featuring six local ensembles and guest artist, Liam Teague. With over 150 steel drum players and authentic Caribbean food from West Indies Soul Food available to purchase in between concerts, we're bringing a taste (literally!) of Trinidad & Tobago right here to MN.
