Bartender (Full-Time)
We're looking for someone young in spirit, serious in craft. You'll work alongside JR, who's been behind this bar for nearly 14 years — that's not a ceiling, that's a gift. Wine literacy is essential. Ego is not. If you understand that there's something rare about a house with history, philosophy, and genuine purpose, we want to meet you.
Experienced Servers (2 positions)
The floor at Meritage is a particular kind of stage. We're looking for people who've worked at a high level and are ready to do it somewhere that means something.
