Welcome to Claddagh Coffee Café, the most unique coffee shop in St. Our name comes from the Claddagh Irish symbol, which stands for love, friendship and loyalty. Our mission is to bring these qualities to our products, service and to each of our customers. We serve specialty coffee beverages, including classic espresso drinks, wonderful brewed coffee and hand crafted signature drinks. In addition, our customers enjoy delectable appetizer plates, fresh salads and sizzling paninis. Our goal is to provide a high quality yet casual café experience to all people. We’re very excited for you to get to know another one of the friendly faces behind the counter in the month’s Barista Spotlight! Meet Tori! They are an invaluable part of our team and we’re so grateful to have them as part of the Claddagh family! Take a gander below to learn more about Tori and what makes them so special, while serving our customers and outside the job!

-Years worked at claddagh: 4
-Drink of choice: hot coffee with vanilla and oat milk
-Favorite drink at Claddagh : brown sugar cinnamon shaken espresso
-Favorite seasonal drink: the peach please
-Bakery choice: pumpkin cream cheese bread
-Shift preference: opening! they like watching the sunrise and watching the sleepy people come stumbling in claddagh

Meet Claddagh’s October Artist of the Month, Bridget Loonan!

Bridget works across a variety of mediums and styles, from bright, colorful abstract paintings that often explore the human form, to intricate pen-and-ink drawings and, more recently, incredible watercolor pieces. Her work is full of personality, color, and plenty to catch your eye.

You can check out Bridget’s work on display at our West 7th location throughout the month, and while you’re here, be sure to snag a print (or two) to take home with you.
