Quality check at the Fair… somebody’s gotta do it! 😋🌽🌮

✅ Esquites 🌽 — fresh corn off the cob, cooked with epazote and all the goodness.

✅ Quesabirria Taquitos — marinated shredded beef + cheese, topped with salsa aguacate 🥑 and Cotija. Crispy, cheesy, delicioso.

✅ Flauta Dippers — it’s that FIRST dip for me! 🤤 Tangy salsa tomatillo, crema + Cotija… so much flavor in one bite.

✅ Tacos de Mole — chicken, cheese + our homemade mole tucked inside a flour tortilla, fried crispy, then drizzled with MORE mole and queso fresco. ❤️

Crunchy. Saucy. Flavorful. Made with mucho amor.
Quality check = PASSED. ✅😂
