Hey gang. There is one New York Cheesecake available for delivery this evening. This is a substantial cake. If one person wants the whole thing, that's wonderful of course. If, before that happens, two of you would be interested in half a cake, that would work too. Let me know if a little decadence would improve your general outlook.

Hey, friends. Today felt like a cookie day. Besides, I was out of all my cookie dough, which is just not a situation you ever want to find yourself in. So, to remedy that, I have:

42 Jac Attack Little Monsters. What are these you ask? Well. They're Little because most monster cookies seem to be nearly face-sized. These are not. And the Jac part means that they're nudged a little farther toward peanut butter. My friend Jac suggested this, and I have no reason to disagree. 14 LEFT

I also redid the Chocolate Chip Walnut, because everyone seemed to get a lot more excited about these than I was. Turns out they're pretty good. I was shooting for five dozen, and I got to 59. 47 LEFT

That's the news.

I still have a batch of Sriracha Cheddar scones in the freezer, but I'm warming one up for my dinner. So if you're ordering cookies and you want to try one, I'll bring you one.

Well, it's like this. Most of the time when I put something in the oven, I have a pretty good idea what's going to come out. Then there's cheesecake. Now normally they don't give me too much trouble, but last night things did not go quite according to plan.

So I've got a cake I'd normally sell for $40, but I don't feel good about doing that, so here's what I have.

Option 1: Half a cake CLAIMED
Option 2: A quarter of a cake CLAIMED
Option 3: Let's call it cheesecake for two. This is the last quarter minus the piece I'm going to cut to make sure it's worthy of sharing. CLAIMED

Take your pick. I'll drop it off, you give it a try, and Venmo me whatever seems fair.

I think that's an arrangement I can live with. Let me know if you need it. Delivery likely between 5:00 and 7:00 this evening.

Hey gang. Here's something I've never done. I just made a fresh batch of Chocolate Chip cookie dough with walnuts! I have, I think, 3 dozen beyond what I need to fill the special order. If you're interested, I have a little time tonight before about 7:00. Otherwise, I'm around tomorrow. As always, these are bake-to-order.

EDIT: Okay, those are gone. Every last cookie. Thanks, everyone.

Oh, and because scones freeze like a dream, I still have a batch of Sriracha Cheddar. They're just a little cold right now.

Hey, friends. Definitely suffering from the post-vacation hangover here. Not looking forward to going back to work tomorrow. But I felt like doing a little random puttering today. What I have to show for it is one batch of Sriracha Cheddar scones, and two dozen Classic Chocolate Chip cookies.
