Estelle will be donating 50% of ALL revenue on the evening of January 30th to Inquilinxs Unidxs Por Justicia/United Renters for Justice, and more specifically to Support the Residents of Cielo Sin Limites (Sky without Limits) in Minneapolis who are affected by Occupation.

So many of us, if not all of us, know someone who has been affected by the occupation of federal officers in Minneapolis and St. Paul, and we are honored and grateful to have the opportunity to give back to the community that has stood so strongly for us and for each other, and help affect positive change. Our rendition features a marinated bone-in chicken breast, cloaked in flavorful, spicy Piri Piri sauce, and set atop a bed of fried fingerling potatoes, creamed spinach, pickled red pepper, and garlic confit.
