Chef Ger’s fried chicken gets marinated in garlic, cilantro, and special soy for at least 24 hours. It’s then tossed in a wet batter blend of different flours and starches that gives the chicken its crispy crust.
Enjoy it served on a bed of sticky rice that he drizzles with chicken schmaltz and tamari and don’t forget hot sauce
