Chef Fernando Grassi Cueto welcomes guest Chef Bjorn Jacobse of Restaurant Aubergine for a special French-Mexican collaboration and an early celebration of Día de los Mu***os.

This intimate dinner brings together the bold flavors and traditions of Mexican cuisine with the technique and discipline of classical French cooking, presented through an elevated 5-course tasting experience created by both chefs.
