Congratulations to all of our beautiful newlyweds from this weekend - including the ones we completely forgot to take pictures of. 🙃

We had the honor of being part of three weddings and one rehearsal dinner this weekend, and every single celebration was uniquely beautiful.
.. But they did all have one thing in common: every couple was fun-loving, happy, and an absolute joy to serve.
We’re lucky like that. Apparently tacos just attract amazing people. 💛🌮

Oh, and if you were at one of the two events we forgot to photograph, I'd love it if you shared a pic for the memory! 🫶📷

Weekends in 2026 are booked pretty solid, but we still have some weekdays available and we're currently booking 2027!

Thank you to everyone who stood through rainy lines, stuck with us through slower service when we were short-staffed, and rolled with every other punch this week threw our way.

This fair tested us in just about every way possible, but you kept showing up.

You’re the reason we weather the storms. 🫶🌮

**PLEASE SHARE!! LET'S MAKE SOMEBODY'S DAY!**

I have a little “be a good human” request to make. 💛
Cowboy Dave’s tent at his Pony Rides was twisted and broken in yesterday’s storm.

He spent all day taking it down, driving more than 3 hours to track down new parts, and putting it all back together - all while caring for his ponies, who were stressed by the weather too.

So when you visit the Champaign County Fair, if you could make it a point to let your kiddos take a pony ride, I’d consider it a personal favor. He's got a little tip jar, and you could even ask if you could just pay to come pet them, if you're too big. He'd love to share them with you! 🐴🫶

Cowboy Dave LOVES giving pony rides. He loves your kids, and he loves his ponies. Help an old cowboy out after a really rough day.

And maybe don’t tell him what gave you the idea 🤫.
I know he’s not checking Facebook, so there’s a pretty good chance he’ll never see this himself.

🚨 THE FAIR IS STILL CLOSED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC 🚨

For those of us calling the fairgrounds home this week, we’ll be opening at 6 PM for an hour or two to serve dinner. 🌮💛

Come grab some food while we’re open!
We survived the storm. Now we eat the tacos. 😉

Update: THE FAIR IS OPEN UNTIL FRIDAY!! 🎉🥳

📢Attention Champaign County Fair goers!🚨

We were directly hit by a pretty impressive storm this morning. ⛈️

First and most importantly, I haven’t heard of anyone being hurt!! 🫶🥳

We have, as a whole, sustained quite a bit of damage, have a LOT of mess to clean up, and are currently without power.

Because of that, we will NOT be opening at 11 AM.
But… THE FAIR MUST GO ON! 💪🎡

We’ll update you as soon as we have news about reopening.

Our business is okay, but some of our fair family were not so lucky. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers as they clean up, recover, and figure out their path forward to continue making a living. ❤️
