This is so delicious to eat. Customers love the chance to go into their freezer at any time a grab a nice juicy steak.
We smoke ours for 40 minutes at 180 degrees and sear both sides. Robinway angus steak will turn out perfect.
Try smoking the roast for 6-8 hours after you put mustard on outside with kosher salt pepper and garlic. When it hits 165 wrap and put with onions and beef broth until 203.
