Well friends, that's a wrap! Thank you to all who visited us and helped us make it a great year in 2025-26.

Our student workers have all returned home for the summer. Please pray for them as they continue to study, learn, and serve in their home dioceses these next few months!

During the summer months, our page and messages will not be monitored regularly. We will see you all again in September!

Friends, it's that time of year when we start winding things down. Everyone on the UnStable's crew is a student at the seminary, and the school year will end soon.

Our last two days will be Wednesday May 6, from 6:00 - 10:00 PM (Central), and Friday May 8, from 5:00 - 10:00 PM (Central).

We hope you can come see us this week! Otherwise, the UnStable will be closed through the summer until the students return sometime around September.

Friends, THANK YOU so much for coming to our benefit for Jamie Hadfield and her family this past Saturday, April 25. We were able to raise over $6,000 to help offset some of the expenses associated with her daughter Katelynn's medical treatment for leukemia. Thank you for coming and showing love and support for Jamie and Katelynn and the family!

Come join us this Saturday, April 25, as the UnStable hosts a benefit for Jamie Hadfield and her family. We'll be open from 5:00 - 10:00 PM (Central). Drop in for a bit, or stay for a while if you like!

Jamie is such a beloved member of our community, but these past few months have been immensely difficult for her and her family as her daughter Katelynn is battling leukemia. Hosting this benefit is a way for us to gather and to show our love and support for Katie, Jamie, Matt, Avery, and Doug.

All of the proceeds from the UnStable that night - from food, drinks, T-shirts, you name it - will be given to Jamie and her family to help offset some of the costs associated with Katie's medical treatment.

This event is open to everyone! Please feel free to share the invitation with family, friends, and neighbors. For Jamie and her family, we're happy to make as many pizzas as we need to! It's a small way that we can show her our love.

The UnStable will be closed on Friday, April 17, for a seminary event, but on Saturday, April 18, we will be back open again for our normal hours from 5:00 - 10:00 PM (Central). Hope to see you soon!

Friends, the UnStable will be closed on Saturday, March 21 as the seminary and monastic communities here at St. Meinrad join together to celebrate the feast day of St. Benedict.

Looking ahead a little, it's getting close to Easter! Our last day of operation in March will be on Wednesday, March 25, at our usual time of 6:00 - 10:00 PM (Central). We'll be back again on Wednesday, April 8.

Friends, we're happy to let you know that the UnStable is opening soon for the new semester! Our first day will be Wednesday, February 4, at our usual time from 6:00 - 10:00 PM (Central time). We'll also be open Friday and Saturday from 5:00 - 10:00 PM.

We've also got our calendar together for the new semester!

Please be aware, although most of our roads and walkways are cleared and dry, there is still quite a bit of snow around campus. Be safe, stay warm, and we look forward to seeing you soon!

It's that sad time of year when we are winding things down at the UnStable. We will unfortunately be closed on Friday, December 5 for a seminary event - which I missed when I made our calendar (mea culpa).

So, the last night for the UnStable in 2025 will be tonight, Wednesday, December 3. We'd love to see you one more time - but please be safe in the cold and especially if the roads are iffy.

We look forward to being back again in early February 2026!
