Greetings friends and family of Saint Meinrad!!!

The UnStable is happy to announce that WE ARE NOW OPEN🎉 for the Fall 2026 season, starting tomorrow Friday, September 11th from 5pm-10pm. We are also excited to share with you our NEW MENU, including new signature pizzas (such as Pope Leo's Double Pepperoni Pizza🍕 and the Chicken Alfredo Pizza) new Wisconsin Cheese Curds, new signature wing sauces, and more!

Here is a list of our general hours for Fall 2026🌳🍂❄:

Wednesdays 6pm-10pm
Fridays 5pm-10pm
Saturdays 5pm-10pm

Please note we will be closed the last weekend of September and Thanksgiving week. Our last day open this semester will be Wednesday, December 2nd.

Well friends, that's a wrap! Thank you to all who visited us and helped us make it a great year in 2025-26.

Our student workers have all returned home for the summer. Please pray for them as they continue to study, learn, and serve in their home dioceses these next few months!

During the summer months, our page and messages will not be monitored regularly. We will see you all again in September!

Friends, it's that time of year when we start winding things down. Everyone on the UnStable's crew is a student at the seminary, and the school year will end soon.

Our last two days will be Wednesday May 6, from 6:00 - 10:00 PM (Central), and Friday May 8, from 5:00 - 10:00 PM (Central).

We hope you can come see us this week! Otherwise, the UnStable will be closed through the summer until the students return sometime around September.

Friends, THANK YOU so much for coming to our benefit for Jamie Hadfield and her family this past Saturday, April 25. We were able to raise over $6,000 to help offset some of the expenses associated with her daughter Katelynn's medical treatment for leukemia. Thank you for coming and showing love and support for Jamie and Katelynn and the family!

We're sorry for the late notice, but the UnStable will be closed tonight - Friday, May 1 - for a seminary event.

We will be back open as usual on Saturday, May 2, from 5:00 - 10:00 PM (Central).

Come join us this Saturday, April 25, as the UnStable hosts a benefit for Jamie Hadfield and her family. We'll be open from 5:00 - 10:00 PM (Central). Drop in for a bit, or stay for a while if you like!

Jamie is such a beloved member of our community, but these past few months have been immensely difficult for her and her family as her daughter Katelynn is battling leukemia. Hosting this benefit is a way for us to gather and to show our love and support for Katie, Jamie, Matt, Avery, and Doug.

All of the proceeds from the UnStable that night - from food, drinks, T-shirts, you name it - will be given to Jamie and her family to help offset some of the costs associated with Katie's medical treatment.

This event is open to everyone! Please feel free to share the invitation with family, friends, and neighbors. For Jamie and her family, we're happy to make as many pizzas as we need to! It's a small way that we can show her our love.

The UnStable will be closed on Friday, April 17, for a seminary event, but on Saturday, April 18, we will be back open again for our normal hours from 5:00 - 10:00 PM (Central). Hope to see you soon!
